Mr. Leonard Libin, Len, has been Vice President and Secretary of Evergreen Gaming Corporation since July 2010. Mr. Libin is the Owner of Grand Casino Equipment & Management Ltd. Mr. Libin served as President of Evergreen Gaming Corporation from June 2009 to July 2010. He has been the Chairman and Director of Evergreen Gaming Corporation since June 2012 and October 2006 respectively.
Larry J. Hoff
Mr. Larry J. Hoff served as a Broker at Prudential NW Realty and most recently as the owner of the Larry J. Hoff Realty firm since 2007. Mr. Hoff has more than 35 years of experience in the residential and commercial brokerage business. He has been a Director of Evergreen Gaming Corporation since November 2010. Mr. Hoff is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the greater Seattle metropolitan area.
Tom is a Seattle area serial entrepreneur. He began his career in 1983 selling minicomputer systems in 1983 at Hewlett Packard. Subsequent to HP he was National Sales Manager and then, at 28, President of PacSoft, an “INC 500” Seattle area software company before it was acquired. Over the following years Tom co-founded, built, and sold three more software companies: MicroQuill (to Compuware), Sabaki (to Microsoft), and XYZFind (to Interwoven). Tom is currently a co-founder of two startups — a next-generation air purification technology for the residential market in China and and a helmet mounted brake light system for motorcycles that automatically detects deceleration and activates the lights. In addition to his technology focus, he is on the advisory board of a 40 unit Pizza Hut franchisee operation and is a non-operational co-owner of a growing chain of drive-through espresso stands in the Seattle area. Tom graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Colorado State University in 1982 with a BS in Mathematics and Geology.
Steve Michels has 15 years of senior management gaming experience with operations in several states. He is the owner and manager of Michels Development, LLC, which has owned, operated and financed several successful card rooms in Washington State, and owned the Chips and Palace Casinos in Lakewood prior to their acquisition by the Company.
Laurence Smith served as Commercial Loan Officer at Banner Bank. He retired in 2010 from Banner Bank, a commercial bank with 86 branches, headquartered in Walla Walla, Washington, and was the Company’s Washington State banking advisor for several years. Laurence Smith has been a Director of Evergreen Gaming Corporation since January 5, 2011.
