With ownership of 11 of 95 state-wide facilities, WGI is the largest non-native gaming operator in the state.

With an operating philosophy that demands all business units within each facility are operated at a profit, Evergreen has developed significant F&B and hospitality expertise to accompany their gaming background. 2006 EBITDA for the Washington properties exceeded $5.5mm, with the goal of developing $10mm EBIDTA per geographic region. These results are more impressive in light of the fact the combined Washington property EBITDA’s were in the red prior to Evergreen’s (WGI’s) involvement in 2004. Evergreen believes it has a firm grasp on the fundamentals and future of their core Washington businesses and is now able to look elsewhere for opportunity.

Evergreen CEO Daniel Sutherland, President Norman Osatuik, CFO Cory Coyle and Vice-President Tyrone Waite all have extensive senior management experience in the Canadian and US gaming markets. As the Canadian gaming industry develops and matures, Evergreen management believes they are well suited and positioned to make a foray into this market.
